The 24 Hour Plumber is a plumbing business covering Surrey, South West London and Sussex. We work on the GU, KT, SW, CR, RH and BN postcode areas, taking emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays and booked repairs, installations and maintenance during normal working hours.
We are a service-area business. There is no shop to visit — we come to the property, which is how plumbing has always actually worked. That also means our coverage is based on travel time rather than a line drawn on a map, so it is always worth calling with your postcode.

How we quote
Rates stated on the phone. Work is charged as a call-out that includes the first hour on site — £99 standard hours (8am–6pm), £129 evenings (6pm–10pm) and Saturdays, £169 nights (10pm–8am), £149 Sundays and £199 bank holidays — with any further time at £95 per hour.

All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. The registration number is available on request, and we hold public liability cover up to £5 million.
