Blocked Drains, Toilets & Sinks
Internal blockages are usually within a metre or two of the fitting — a trap, a bend, or a bellied waste pipe. If several fittings back up at once, the blockage is further down the soil stack or in the drain run outside, which needs rodding or jetting rather than a plunger.

One slow sink is a local problem. A slow sink, a gurgling shower and a rising toilet at the same time is a drainage problem, and the difference decides whether the fix takes twenty minutes or needs the manhole lifted.
We clear the blockage, then look for why it happened — because a drain that blocks twice in a year is usually telling you about a fallen joint, root ingress or a badly laid waste run.

- 2
Access
Use the nearest sensible access point — trap, rodding eye or chamber.
- 3

Rod, plunge or jet according to what is blocking and where.
- 4
Flush
Run the fittings through to confirm free flow.
- 5
Advise
Tell you honestly if the drain needs further investigation.
What it costs
