Plumber for landlords across Surrey, SW London and Sussex
We take instructions from landlords directly, arrange access with the tenant ourselves, and report back with what we found, what we did and what it cost. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays across the GU, KT, SW, CR, RH and BN postcode areas, so an out-of-hours leak at a let property does not become your evening.
How we work with landlords
- You instruct — by phone or through the enquiry form — and set a spend limit if you want one
- We contact the tenant and arrange access at a time that works for them
- We attend, diagnose and either fix on the visit or tell you exactly what is needed
- Anything above your approved limit is referred back to you before it is spent
- You get a written description of the work and an itemised invoice per property
- Repeat or recurring faults are flagged rather than quietly re-charged
Typical landlord instructions
- Leaks affecting a flat below — the highest-risk call in any portfolio
- No hot water or heating reported by a tenant
- Blocked toilets, sinks and shared waste stacks
- Tap, WC, shower and flexi-hose replacement between tenancies
- Stopcock, isolation valve and mains pressure issues at void properties
- Cylinder faults, immersion elements and pressure loss
